One day course
QWIK-Fix Domestic Sewing machine repairs and adjustments
• A brief course designed to enable sewing machine users to make basic
adjustments to improve the quality of the stitching and performance of their machines.
• We start with knowing how a stitch is produced and how important the good quality
needle and threads are to all sewing machines.
• Followed by how to recognise what may be causing poor stitch quality and how to
resolve the issues.
• Not only will you learn what is causing your machine thread to break or fray, have
poor tension or miss stitch but how to make adjustments to rectify the faults.
• You will be taught by friendly fully qualified instructors who have had years of
experience in repairing domestic and industrial sewing machines.
• At the end of the short course we will give you our basic QWIK-Fix manual
• All machines tools and manuals will be provided so no need to bring anything
except a note book and pen.
